New Connections

Hopefully as these unpredictable times move forward all your families, staff and associates are doing well. Jim Vnuk of Jim n Jo’s Katering would like to take this time to introduce a new business relationship with Paul Sapyta and Kevin Peterson of Room at that Table Catering and Bakery. Some background information first.

Jim Vnuk of House of Prime Inc dba Jim n Jo’s Katering has been lease holder for the last 20 years at the Cloquet Forestry Center at 175 University Road, Cloquet, MN a University of Minnesota property. As a time approached to step away from day to day operations, Jim Vnuk looked for someone to assume day to day operations. Before COVID 19, Jim approached Paul at a FDLTCC scholarship fund raising event as to see if he was interested in finding a full-time facility to grow his business while maintaining Jim N Jo’s customer needs. Move forward to today, a shared lease at the Cloquet Forestry Center has been signed. This arrangement will help Jim N Jo’s reestablish meeting and event operations established over the last two decades at the Cloquet Forestry Center and surrounding areas. Paul and Kevin will now be able to work on their food truck business and grow customer base while being able to have a full-time kitchen to work out of.

Please be assured that going forward, while practicing guidelines from UofM, MDH, CDC that the safety of our customers and staff will be the number one concern of all involved. We know that as time goes on social gatherings, meetings and educational trainings will change. We will be ready to accommodate all services required to make you feel safe in our facility or at yours.
